WOLF VILLA
The TRI-KFURT are un-identical triplets that are visually interlaced creating a communal dialogue as a Mixed-Use Development located within Frankfurt Germany. The projects offer vertical townhouses, offices, apartments, lofts and retail space. The articulated vertical structure consists of an articulate mixture of pigmented concrete, natural vegetation, interior and exterior balcony protrusions and delicately articulated operable glass windows. Smart glass in the windows controls the amount of sunlight that enters the building, helping to reduce energy consumption. Self-cleaning materials on the exterior keep the building looking clean and new for longer. The building is a symbol of the city's commitment to sustainability and innovation.
