BKL-MITZPA
Higher Education Facility

The BKL-MITZPA is a vertically organized Multi-Purpose Higher Education Facility. The facade is composed as a monolithic vertical structure with a series of angular extractions that are staggered in a way that creates a  dynamic and inviting architectural composition embodying the university's commitment to intellectual exchange and collaboration, evoking a sense of movement and energy. The open and airy interior encourages interaction and conversation.
The M-DXB-BNK is geometrically robust Mixed-Use Highrise Tower that communicates a symbol of progress and ambition, with its height and slenderness making it a representation of the city's ambition to reach new heights. The tower's triangular shape is reminiscent of a mountain peak reaching towards the sky, a metaphorical connection between city and nature.  The application of steel and glass gives it a minimalist aesthetic, as a work of art that celebrates the beauty of modern materials. The tower celebrates a rooftop garden and pedestrian walkway, bringing people together in a new context with a revisited sense of community.​

DXB-AEON
Mixed-Use Tower

The DXB-AEON is sculpturally articulated Mixed-Use Building that primarily consists of glass, steel and natural landscape features. The architectural language of the project is dominated by juxtaposed vertical lines suggesting height and slenderness, with balconies at various levels breaking up the solid mass of the building and adding visual intrigue, as well as, providing residents with semi-shaded outdoor space. The building is well-lit, both during the day and at night, creating a sense of drama, dynamism and movement.  The base of the building consists of a dedicated retail tenant, and private access for office and residential tenants above.​
The C-PARALELO graces Switzerland's landscape as a composition of unique Luxury Residential Towers, drawing inspiration from its rich cultural and architectural heritage. Adorned with elegant spiral vortex patterns in silver and titanium, these structures embody Swiss precision and cultural dynamism. Their sleek forms, clean lines, and metallic finishes pay homage to Switzerland's architectural excellence. Varying in size, each tower seamlessly integrates with the Swiss countryside, forging a profound connection with its surroundings.

The CH-OLOGY engages the urban context of Basel Switzerland as a Luxury Residential Tower. This is a soaring and dynamic vision of the future, a tower that reaches for the skies. The juxtaposition of horizontal and angular shapes both suggest and drive a powerful and elegant form. The glass and steel construction, interlaced with landscape elements suggest a project that is both futuristic and sustainable. The balconies at various levels add a sense of lightness and movement, and the well-lit facade makes the building a beacon of hope and optimism.
The M-ZLINK engages the waterfront of Berlin as a Mixed-Use Tower. This project is a reminder of the ambition, creativity, and vertical drive of both humanity and the master developer. This futuristic skyscraper is a marvel of modern engineering and design. With its curved facade and sleek glass exterior, it is a stunning addition to the Berlin skyline. The tower aspires to be the highest in Europe at 470 meters (about half the height of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world) tall. It is more than just a beautiful building. It is also a state-of-the-art structure that is home to some of the world's most advanced technology. The building is equipped with a smart energy management system that helps to reduce its environmental impact, achieving several sustainability benchmarks reducing its environmental impact, such as a smart energy management system rainwater harvesting. ​

NYC-NOMAD
Mixed-Use Development

The NYC-NOMAD engages the urban patina as a Mixed-Use Development. Comprising of a commercial space on the first seven floors and residential space on the upper floors. The commercial spaces are to be for offices, retail stores, and restaurants. The residential spaces are a mix of lofts, apartments, townhouse triplexes and the upper 4 stories are duplex penthouses. The building is also designed to be sustainable. The glass and steel construction allows natural light to enter the building, and the balconies at various levels provide residents with outdoor space. The building is also equipped with energy-efficient appliances and lighting systems. The building is a place where people can live, work, and play in a sustainable and inspiring environment.​
The DXB-CREEK is a geometrically robust Hospitality and Retail Project located on the culturally rich area of Dubai. The intricacy of the volumetric play composed is staggered in a way that creates a  dynamic and inviting architectural composition reminiscent of the diversity of trade and culture from different regions that defined this particular district, evoking a sense of movement and energy. The intersection of architectural forms encourages metaphorical interaction and conversation. The building's location further reinforces its role as a hub for community and belonging. The property will be utilized for a variety of events, including  conferences, and banquets.​

TRI-KFURT
Mixed-Use Tower

The TRI-KFURT are un-identical triplets that are visually interlaced creating a communal dialogue as a Mixed-Use Development located within Frankfurt Germany. The projects offer vertical townhouses, offices, apartments, lofts and retail space. The articulated vertical structure consists of an articulate mixture of pigmented concrete, natural vegetation, interior and exterior balcony protrusions and delicately articulated operable glass windows. Smart glass in the windows controls the amount of sunlight that enters the building, helping to reduce energy consumption. Self-cleaning materials on the exterior keep the building looking clean and new for longer. The building is a symbol of the city's commitment to sustainability and innovation. ​
The LUX-VILLA collection is a developed for a UAE Master Developer for a Luxury Residential Community. Each of the three modernist luxury villas are exclusive living solutions. They are renowned for their sleek, contemporary architecture and top-tier construction materials. They are  situated in serene and secluded locales, offering their occupants an unparalleled level of opulence. Each villa's exterior showcases a striking fusion of sculpted concrete, glass and steel, creating a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. Inside, the design ethos is minimalist, featuring clean lines and open spaces that emphasize a sense of tranquility and calmness. Oversized windows flood the interior with abundant natural light, enhancing the villa's bright and airy atmosphere.

M-CH-EXPERI
 Museum of Modern Art

The M-CH-EXPERI consists of alternative proposals for a waterfront Museum of Modern Art located in Switzerland. Each creative opportunity and interpretation suggests a series of interconnected pavilions made of glass, steel, and concrete. The pavilions can be arranged in either a geometrically layered and juxtaposed manner or an organic and volumetrically flowing pattern. Each pavilion has a different roof shape. All of the museum options would be located on the waterfront. They would have large glass windows that offer stunning views of the urban context.
The M-LDN-TWST is a distinct proposals for a waterfront Maritime Museum planned to be located on the South Bank of the River Thames as a bold and iconic addition to the London skyline. Architecturally crafted as a large, undulating structure made of steel and concrete, where volumetric penetrations intersect sculptural forms, the space suggests adaptability to changing needs and requirements, as well as to accommodate new and evolving art forms. A place where visitors could experience art in a new and exciting way. It would also be a symbol of London's creativity and innovation. The museum would be designed to be sustainable, with features such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting to help to reduce the museum's environmental impact.
